What happens if I edit an order that has already been processed and shipped to the customer?
Question: I have a customer that changed his shipping address after the order was processed and already in transit. What happens if I edit his order to apply the change in his address?
Answer: If you need to edit the order even when it is already processed and shipped out, it will be canceled just like how an edited order is and a refund is automatically processed. You will then have to process a new charge for the edited order since it will be considered a new order.
