Is there a way to add a line for surcharge or other fees?

Question: I can see that I can add more line items when editing an order for taxes and shipping charges. Is there a way that I can add another line item for other charges?

Answer: At this point, the only line items that can be added are for the taxes and shipping charges. Unfortunately, there is no way yet to add other line items aside from the mentioned.
