Will the order be cancelled even if I just changed the SKU?

Question: I want to change the SKU of one of the orders. The prices and other details remain the same. Will the order still get canceled, and the customer gets charged again? If so, what will happen to the customer's payment?

Answer: Editify app is designed to make editing an order hassle-free for you. Cancelation of orders after editing is a feature on the app that you can enable or disable depending on your preference. 

If you have enabled this setting, all orders that have gone through editing - regardless of what information is edited - will be canceled and a new order will be created. 

If the customer has already paid for the order and the amount on order did not change after the edit, then there will be no additional charges since there is no difference in the order amount.
